I recently had the pleasure of staying at San Francesco, and I must say, it exceeded all my high expectations. The apartment is a delightful blend of modern comfort and historical charm, featuring a beautifully decorated sitting area that provided the perfect space for relaxation after a day of exploring Spello. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities, which made my stay even more enjoyable, especially during the warm afternoons. Monia and Gianluca were remarkable hosts, always quick to respond and incredibly accommodating, which created a welcoming atmosphere for my elderly parents. The location was ideal, with easy access to local restaurants and attractions, and the immaculate condition of the apartment, complete with free toiletries and kitchen utensils, was a testament to their attention to detail. This exceptional experience left me with lasting memories, and I wholeheartedly recommend San Francesco to anyone seeking a charming and comfortable retreat in Spello.
